We used Epic Air to install a new Mitsubishi Hyper Heat heat pump as part of our home remodel. Through no fault of theirs, the unit unfortunately was DOA at power-on but Josh worked hard to source a new one and get us online ASAP. Josh also made multiple trips to our home afterwards to make some tweaks to meet our needs. The true test of a company is how they handle things that unexpectedly go wrong and Josh and his team did a great job. We most certainly would use them again.
