Josh did an amazing job installing our tankless water heater. We have a very old house and I’m sure it was not an easy job, but he was professional, efficient and clean. He was also very patient with my two year old daughter, who liked to check on how he was doing and to tell him all about “Princess Ana”. He was also very patient with me, when I asked him to move a pipe down, just so that I wouldn’t see it. Aesthetics mean a lot to me. He was very kind and did an amazing job. We hope we don’t need such a huge installation any time soon, but if we do, he is the one we will call! Thanks so much Josh!

We used Epic Air to install a new Mitsubishi Hyper Heat heat pump as part of our home remodel. Through no fault of theirs, the unit unfortunately was DOA at power-on but Josh worked hard to source a new one and get us online ASAP. Josh also made multiple trips to our home afterwards to make some tweaks to meet our needs. The true test of a company is how they handle things that unexpectedly go wrong and Josh and his team did a great job. We most certainly would use them again.

I would call Josh and his company back anytime. I would recommend them highly to anyone!
